Be careful to include all the features and be as descriptive as possible.  Make sure that you include everything that will set your home apart from other listings in your area. 

You may also want to include whether or not you plan to pay a commission for a buyer’s real estate agent.  Often times protecting the commission of a buyer’s agent will bring more prospective buyers to your home.  Seller contributions are also something you might want to consider.  Seller contributions toward the buyer’s portion of closing costs will make your home more attractive to a buyer planning to take advantage of low down payment or no money down mortgage financing.      

Make 8 digital pictures
 

Our website is designed to host 8 pictures of your home.  Please make sure you include a picture of your home from the street.  The other seven pictures can be of any part of your home, but we recommend including a picture of the kitchen, master bedroom, and view out the back of the home.  If you do not have access to a digital camera most photo processing labs can convert 35mm film to a digital format for reasonable charge.

Please email your pictures to cs@nexthomeatlanta.com or burn them to a CD-Rom.
